Dr Seibel will be sending out a phone message shortly with the following information on Grandparents’ Day tomorrow for Grades 3 – 5.
Dear 3rd, 4th and 5th Grade Parents,
Please note that there are some changes to Grandparents’ Day tomorrow. Due to the weather and cancellation of school today, the 4th grade visitation time is changing to 10:30am to 11:45am. It is my hope that Grandparents’ Day will still take place tomorrow. Again, the only change for tomorrow is that 4th grade visitation time is now 10:30am to 11:45am. Please inform the grandparents who will be attending tomorrow. 3rd grade visitation time is 8:15am to 9:30am and 5th grade visitation time is 12:50pm to 2:05pm.
If there would be a two hour delay start to school tomorrow, the following times would be used for visitation:
4th Grade visitation will be 10:30am to 11:45am
3rd and 5th Grade visitation will be 12:50pm to 2:05pm
If school would be closed for tomorrow, the Grandparents’ Day would be rescheduled.
A photographer from Lifetouch will be at Park Hills to photograph students who were absent, are new to Park Hills or who have requested re-takes in place of the picture taken in September. They will start at 8 am and be here until they photograph all students on the list.
A new picture envelope and notice will be coming home with those students we have listed as needing pictures taken or that returned their original pictures requesting re-takes.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact the school office Monday – Friday from 7 am – 3:30 pm.

The attached letter will be coming home with students today concerning Park Hills Elementary Drills that were practiced throughout the week. Please take the time to talk to your children about what they did during the drills. Dr. Seibel made an announcement prior to the start of each drill explaining what was going to happen, and then made an announcement to let the students know the drill was complete. The students and staff did a great job knowing what procedures are to be followed and the drills were a success.
Please know that drills will be held monthly throughout the year, some will be announced and some unannounced.
