Hero Book Review

Hero is a Book by Mike Lupica, in my opinion one of the greatest authors of all time, and he DEFINITELY kept that reputation with Hero. Hero is about a boy named Zach who try’s to find out about the so called “Bads” that killed his Dad. He used to¬† live a normal life with his Mom in New York and His busy Dad. But with his Dad dead, Zach quickly finds out it is his turn to be the “HERO”

1. “Always Action”

If you read this book you would think this is where I Established the “Always Action” Section. You can’t go wrong with action and HERO tells you why.

2. Essential Ending

As 98% of Mike Lupica’s books have this “Essential Ending” HERO does the same. I remember 10 pages before the book ended I was second guessing whether or not this book had an essential ending but is sure did! Just remember the last time speaks to his Dad.

3. Inspiration Nation

As this book does, it is also The Inspiration Nation. I’ve already read the book 3 times and all 3 times I read all 300 pages in under 3 days. 2 Times I read the book in one day. If that’s not inspiring I don’t know what is.

4. Shocker

Wow. Thats all I have to say to tell you that this book is “THE SHOCKER”

5. My new Buddy.

This book is my buddy. I felt so many emotions as I read this book since it is TRULY my new buddy.

Final Score: 5/5
